Event Details

This class is self led and provides participants the chance to walk or jog in the water. Water walking and jogging can help improve heart health, reduced stress, and improve muscular endurance and strength. You can walk or jog as long as you want. The only rule we have for this class is your feet must be on the floor at all times.
