Aqua Run Inflatable
Say hello to our new Aqua Run!
The Aqua Run is an inflatable aquatic obstacle course that keeps the fun going at the Aquatic Center even when our outdoor water park is closed. It spans the length of the HMG Competition Pool and is available for play at no extra cost to our guests.
There is no age limit to who can enjoy the Aqua Run, though like all our deep end activities, you’ll have to pass a quick swim test first.
HMG Competition Pool
The region’s only Olympic-size indoor swimming pool!
The HMG Competition pool is the region’s only Olympic-size indoor swimming pool. Featuring eight lanes, this 50 meter multipurpose pool is considered the fastest pool in northeast Tennessee and southwest Virginia.
We keep the temperature between 79 and 82 degrees Fahrenheit. Mid-August through mid-April, the pool is arranged in its 25-meter short course configuration for swim meet season. The rest of the year, the pool’s full 50-meter length is open.

Concessions
The Kingsport Aquatic Center offers a variety of concessions at the Oasis. Complete details and pricing are available on-site. Outside food is not permitted. The Oasis is open during summer months.
