FYI: Some pools close early for programming. Pools are cleared 15 minutes before closing.
Monday – Friday
Competition Pool: 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Open swim at 11 a.m.)
Warm Pool: 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. (Open swim at 11 a.m.)
Play pool slide: 4 to 7 p.m.
Saturday
Competition Pool: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Open swim at 11 a.m.)
Warm Pool: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Open swim at 11 a.m.)
Play pool slide: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sunday
All Indoor Pools: Noon to 6 p.m. (Open swim all day)
*Diving boards and rock wall available as staffing and programming allow.
Outdoor Water Park
Saturday: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. (Open swim)
Sunday: Noon – 6 p.m. (Open swim)
*Hours are weather permitting
Weekends Only: Saturday, August 1 – Monday, September 7, 2026

Lap swim: 6:00 – 11 a.m.

Swim Meet Schedule
The Kingsport Aquatic Center hosts indoor swim meets year-round in the Competition Pool. Swim meets may alter the pool’s operating hours.
