Class Descriptions
Cardio Blast
A high intensity workout to music that includes bouncing, jumping, kicking, and energy! Participants work at their own ability. Modifications will be provided buy the instructor. This class may utilize weights and resistance gloves too.
Ultimate Intervals
Participants will train at high intensity levels while utilizing a combination of weights, cardio, and water resistance exercises for regulated amounts of time. Exertion rates will vary between intervals allowing recovery between circuits of exercise. Participants work at individual ability levels. Modifications will be provided by the instructor throughout class.
Walk, Jog, Run
This is a self lead class which allows the participants to go at their own speed, intensity, and pick their own workout! We will have workouts posted for participants to follow if they would like to participate in a structured workout. Great chance to see if you would be able to complete a mile in the ECU Lazy River.

Aqua Tone & Stretch
This class is a muscular based workout that will target all muscles through water resistance training and stretch. If you are looking to become stronger, more flexible, or work on your balance please join us!
