Make memories at the Kingsport Aquatic Center. Packages include private event room and use of indoor (outdoor in season) pools and all center amenities. KAC members receive a 10% discount on party room rentals (this does not include season pass holders).
All reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis and are available daily during these periods:
- 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. (Not available on Sundays)
- 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.
- 4 – 6 p.m.

- Room rental for two hours
- The rental includes admission for a total of 20 guests, including party guests, family members, swimmers and non-swimmers.
- All guests must sign in at the front desk, renter cannot sign in for them without them present.
- Guests must be present and signed in at the front desk prior to the end of the rental time. (i.e. 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. by 1 p.m. / 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. by 3:30 p.m. / 4 – 6 p.m. by 6 p.m.) Non-member guests arriving after the end of the rental time will be charged full daily admission.
- Group rates will apply for any additional guests beyond the initial 20. However, guests with a KAC membership, Kingsport YMCA membership or KAC season pass (when active – May 1 through Labor Day) will not be counted towards this total.
- Kingsport Aquatic Center members receive 10% discount
Rental Guidelines
- Birthday Party rentals are held during public swim times from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m., 1:30 – 3:30 p.m., and 4 – 6 p.m.
- Table and chairs are provided, as well as lifeguards.
- Trash pick-up and clean-up are provided. Renters are asked to clear tables and floors of all debris by placing trash in containers.
- Do not attach anything to the walls by using tape, tacks, staples, or nails. Do not hang anything from the ceiling. Decorations can be placed on the tables, floor areas, cabinets, and windows.
- Smoking, vaping, and electronic cigarettes are NOT PERMITTED on the grounds of the Aquatic Center. It is a smoke-free facility. Candles may be used, but the flame must be contained. No open flame.
- Alcoholic beverages are not permitted at the Aquatic Center.
- The renter will pay for costs incurred as a result of any damages to the facility, furnishings, equipment, or grounds arising out of the use of the Aquatic Center.
- All reservations must be made at least two weeks in advance. A deposit of $60.00 is due at the time of booking with the remainder due two weeks prior to rental. This $60.00 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel within two weeks of your rental date.
- It is crucial that scheduled times be adhered to so that all reservations and schedules can be accommodated properly.
- If inclement weather prevents your use of the room and facility for more than half of your rental time, you will have the choice of either receiving a full refund or rescheduling to the next available date.
